Building Nation
Baramulla Public School is a reputed institute of North Kashmir with more than thirty years of selfless service in the field of quality education. The school offers education from Nursery to Class 12 at its campus at Eidgah Jadeed on NH-1 in Baramulla town, and at a second campus at Delina Heights, some 8 km from the town, which has been operational since the 2024-25 session. The school has a registered roll of nearly 1500 students and a teaching staff of more than 60 teachers and lecturers. In 2023 it was placed among the top 500 schools of India in the survey conducted by the Brainfeed organisation.

Toiba Shamshad and Zainab Rashid of Class 9 were selected to exhibit their science project at the national level, after clearing the district, divisional and state rounds under the guidance of Prof. Mohammad Assadullah Rather and Mr. Asif Maqbool Lone.

Students earned a High Recommendation and Special Mention award at India's International Movement to Unite Nations, held at Green Valley Educational Institute, Srinagar.
2023Third position in a valley-wide painting competition
Baramulla Public School clinched third position in a valley-wide painting competition held at the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.
202335 of 39 students win scholarship eligibility
In the essay and quiz competition conducted by the Indian Postal Department, 35 of the school's 39 participants excelled and earned eligibility for the prestigious annual scholarship.
2023Second position in the Municipal Council speech competition
Baramulla Public School took second position in the speech competition organised by the Municipal Council of Baramulla.
2023U-14 and U-17 Kho Kho Girls champions
The school won the U-14 and U-17 Kho Kho Girls finals in the inter-school competition organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Baramulla.
2023Bronze at the Khelo India National Women's League
Sana Jan won a bronze medal in Wushu Karate at the Khelo India National Women's League held at the Indoor Stadium, Baramulla.
2023Gold medals in the International Olympiads
Five students won gold medals of excellence in the International General Knowledge Olympiad and fifteen in the International English Olympiad, conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation India.
2023Zebra Crossing project reaches the Techva Minds semi-finals
The school's Zebra Crossing project, on pedestrian safety, reached the semi-final round of the Techva Minds Science Project Competition, run with Kashmir University and NIT Srinagar and hosted at Baramulla Public School.
2023Second place for the Gas Leak Detector at NIT Srinagar
A team of BPS students took second place with their Gas Leak Detector project at the national workshop on the Role of Academic Driven Startups in Developing the Economy of J&K, held at NIT Srinagar.
2024Third rank at the international ISSO Olympiad
A BPS student achieved third rank at the international level in the ISSO Olympiad, celebrated at a special felicitation function held at the school.
